No. Talio rental e-bikes comply with UK EAPC regulations and are limited to 15.5 mph.



Every rental includes a fully charged e-bike, high-security lock, helmet, and a full safety induction. Multi-day rentals also include a charger.


Rentals can be booked directly online through the FareHarbor booking system on the Talio website.


Talio offers flexible hourly, daily, weekend, and long-term rental options, including packages for students and delivery riders.


You can ride on cycle paths, roads, and routes such as the Leeds-Liverpool Canal. There are no geofenced-zone restrictions.
