Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our bikes and plans

Talio e-bikes comply with UK Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle (EAPC) requirements and are limited to 15.5 mph. You do not need a driving licence to ride a compliant e-bike, subject to UK legal requirements.

Every Talio rental includes a fully charged electric bike, helmet and high-security lock. Multi-day rentals also include a charger, and a safety induction is provided before you ride.

Talio offers flexible rental options, including daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rentals. This makes it possible to hire an electric bike for a short trip or keep it for longer-term commuting and everyday journeys.

You can book your Talio electric bike rental online by selecting your preferred rental option and following the booking process. Choose from daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rental options.

You can use your Talio e-bike for suitable journeys around Leeds and other areas where riding an EAPC is legally permitted. Always follow applicable UK cycling and road regulations and local restrictions.
